Bob Young is a well-known building materials industry veteran who has been recognized for his leadership, business support and strategic planning skills throughout the region for more than 30 years.

As a proven business leader, Bob has been effective in maximizing sales and profits for companies in volatile business environments. Through business analysis, planning, process improvement, and organizational staff development, Bob is highly skilled at leading complex organizations to profitable growth.

Prior to founding R.A. Young & Associates in 2001, Bob held senior level roles with regional and national building material dealers. The dealers represented established supply companies serving commercial and residential contractors as well as consumers, and posted revenues between $15 million and $850 million annually.

Bob is also founder of the former New England Construction Reports, a database marketing company that provided construction industry companies with direct access to a $2 billion market annually in a weekly report format.
